Reclaimed denim vest jacket with a one-of-a-kind embroidery design of the Statue of Liberty, along with a quote from the Emma Lazarus sonnet The New Colossus, "I lift my lamp beside the golden door." Lazarus wrote the sonnet in 1883 to help raise money for the construction of the statue's pedestal. Cotton denim with very slight stretch, not typical "stretch denim." Light-medium wash. Excellent condition.
